Welcome to the eighth edition of The Transnational Journal of Business. Our authors continue to impress. The variety, depth, and quality of the many submissions we receive make for a difficult task. I do rely heavily on our double-blind peer review process, however, so rest assured our process while a critical review, is undoubtedly fair.
We appreciate the time and energy it takes to prepare a manuscript. I think that no matter the outcome, for any author, the review process can only be helpful, and comments are always meant for improving the work.
